Where are all your products sourced from?
Currently, all our products are sourced from the United States and France. But we are speaking with different suppliers across the world to find the finest product range for you. If you have a product that you love very much and would like us to know, do drop us a note at email@example.com.
Do you stock other bands of leather care products?
We are currently carrying:
- Chamberlain's Leather Milk Leather Care products
- Saphir Medaille D'OR 1925 Paris products
- We are also the exclusive reseller of the Leather Honey Leather Care and Cadillac Professional Shoe Care products.
We are constantly looking out to source products from other countries. If you have a product you love very much and would like us to know, do drop us a note at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Why should I use specialist products like yours as compared to the general leather care we can find in the supermarkets or retail stores?
The general leather care products that you find on the market today are mostly formulated for general use on leather found on car seats, upholstery or furniture. They may not be ideal for most aniline or semi-aniline leathers, which are commonly found on bags, shoes and personal accessories.
Do you have any how-to-use guides for the product?
Yes, we do! Go to our Care Guides page for care guides and how-to-use guide for the specific products that you have bought. Subscribe to our e-newsletter so that you can be notified when new information is available.
Can I use your products on my leather couches, upholstery or seats?
Yes, you sure can. Leather used for couches, upholstery and seats are usually of 3 types: aniline leather, semi-aniline leather and pigmented leather. Our leather care products can be used on delicate leather and won’t hurt it, it surely will be good for your leather couches, upholstery and seats well-protected too. Just beware of the amount required.
Why don’t you provide leather restoration services?
LittleLusso is about providing you the finest leather care and solutions, the knowledge from the leather experts, finely curated leather-related information so that you too can be the master of your leather articles. We do not rule out any possibilities of working with established leather restoration service providers in the future.
Does LittleLusso sell gift certificates?
We are not selling gift certificates at the moment, but we are planning to execute some of our ideas to give you the unique experience of sharing LittleLusso with your family and friends. So, sign up for our newsletter to get updated.
What currencies can I pay in?
All payments are currently in Australian dollar.
How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
Orders in stock are shipped from LittleLusso's warehouse within 1 business day once payment is received. We will inform you if it needs to take longer to dispatch in rare circumstances.
Can I purchase your products in person at any retail stores?
We do not offer our products in any retail stores for the moment.
Why should I buy from LittleLusso instead of other US sellers on eBay or Amazon for the same products?
Whilst you may, at times, get the product at a lower per unit price from the US sellers on eBay or Amazon, you may have to take into account the expensive shipping costs, the time it takes to deliver your products to you as well as the fluctuating currency rate.
LittleLusso currently offers FREE shipping across Australia with a minimum purchase of $75, and discounted postage when the total purchase is between $45 to $74.99.
All products being equal, we believe LittleLusso offers you faster, better delivery, price and service.

I don't live in Australia. Can I place my order with you?
We would appreciate if you could drop us a note at email@example.com and we'll provide you with an estimated postage charge for you to decide if you want to go ahead.
How do I return a product?
First of all, we are very sorry if something has gone wrong with the product you purchased from LittleLusso. While we endeavour to provide you with the best, we apologise if one has slipped through. Send us an email with the issue (if it’s a physical damage, a picture will be very helpful too), and we will get back to you with a resolution.
What should I do if I have problems with my account?
