WHO ARE THE DELIVERY SERVICE PROVIDERS THAT LITTLELUSSO ENGAGES?

For domestic delivery within Australia, purchased items will be shipped to your waiting hand via Australia Post (AusPost).

WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMEFRAME?

Little Lusso will always dispatch an order within one working day once payment is received. As a general rule of thumb, a regular parcel post will take 2 to 6 working days in Australia (depending on your location). Please allow a little bit extra if you are living slightly off the city areas or areas not within the service providers’ standard delivery network.

WHAT IF MY PARCEL DOES NOT ARRIVE?

Please track your parcel using your dedicated tracking number diligently. Should it not arrived within the AusPost's estimated time frame, please lodge an enquiry with AusPost. Little Lusso will not be able to ship any replacement orders without verification from AusPost.

If the issue is due to the wrong address as provided by the buyer, and the package returned to Little Lusso, we will notify you once it is received back. Within 4 weeks you will need to confirm the updated and correct address as well as the additional charges for us to reship the package to you.

WHAT ARE THE POSTAGE OR SHIPPING CHARGES?

Little Lusso offers FREE standard parcel post within Australia with a minimum purchase of A$75. 

Please note

  • There may sometimes be delayed deliveries to WA and rural areas of QLD, but please be assured that this should not happen often.
  • Mailing to Australian external territories is subject to customs regulations for parcels as indicated by AusPost.
  • Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive an email correspondence from us when we dispatch your order. Estimated delivery times are to be used as guide only. 
  • Little Lusso should not be held responsible for possible delays caused by payment authorisation or any loss or damage in goods occurring in transit.
